The Groom's Wedding Checklist
Once you and your fiancée have decided on a date, it is time to start planning. A large wedding can take a full year to prepare for, longer if it is to be held on a popular date, such as Valentine’s Day or if you have set your hearts on a special venue. The more specific your plans, the earlier you need to make your preliminary bookings to guarantee the arrangements you want. Our comprehensive wedding checklist takes care of all details, but there are some details that are necessarily taken care of, by the groom.
If the bride’s family is organising the wedding, they may have strong ideas concerning the style and venue of the ceremony and reception. They will also have definite views on the expenditure involved. Try to become as involved as possible with the initial decisions, voicing any strong feelings you may have concerning the arrangements. Ideally you, your fiancée and her family should work closely together to create the style of wedding best suited to everyone’s taste and pocket. Stay organized with out Groom’s wedding checklist to help you.
